How will I receive access to NOA?

  • Are you interested in NOA? You are welcome to contact us at noa@noa.online. You also have the possibility to tell us about your individual requirements using the NOA requirement-configurator. Based on this information we will send you an individual and non-binding offer. Our hollu specialist advisor will then be happy to advise you in a personal appointment.

Can I test NOA?

  • Yes, of course you can test NOA. The trial period is unlimited, but an upgrade is required to use the full version. Please contact us at noa@noa.online and we will be happy to assist you with your first steps in NOA.

Who can use the software?

  • NOA has a very versatile structure and can hence respond flexibly to your individual requirements. NOA can therefore be used in all areas of catering, public enterprises and institutions, industrial companies, cleaning services, retail trade and food processing companies.

On which operating systems can NOA be used?

  • There are no special requirements regarding the operating system. NOA can be operated on all common systems.

Which browsers work when using NOA?

  • NOA and the features in NOA work best with the following browsers with the appropriate versions:
    • Google Chrome –> last possible update
    • Firefox –> last possible update
    • Edge –> the last two main versions
    • Safari–> the last two main versions
    • iOS–> the last two main versions
    • Android–> X (10.0), Pie (9.0), Oreo (8.0), Nougat (7.0)
  • Browsers operating with other versions than mentioned may experience problems using NOA. Therefore, we recommend using the browsers listed to guarantee a smooth use.

What are the requirements for smartphone software to use NOAguide?

  • Android –> Minimum requirement: OS Android 5.0
  • iOS –> Minimum requirement: iOS 11

How are the cleaning plans constructed?

  • Our technical consultants and application engineers will set up a trial access together with you in advance. This allows you to test all functions individually and then decide how you want to continue using NOA.
  • Since the software is intuitively structured, you can take over the filling process yourself. If required, we also offer appropriate consulting services and support you in filling and setting up NOA – from the first steps to the complete implementation.

Can I also use my own smartphone?

  • Yes, of course you can use your own smartphone. However, please note the minimum requirements for the operating system of your smartphone.
  • Alternatively, smartphones can also be rented through NOA. You can contact us at noa@noa.online and we will find a suitable package for you. You can find more details here

Which smartphones are being offered?

  • If you provide your employees with a smartphone, we can offer the following device:
  • Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4s Enterprise Ed

Do I need permanent internet access for using NOA?

  • To work in the web-based software, an internet connection is required.
  • However, NOAguide can also be used as an app in areas without a permanent internet connection. As soon as the internet connection is restored, the tasks performed up to that point are synchronized

Questions concerning the license model

How can I upgrade my license model?

  • You can upgrade the license levels at any time in the NOA settings. After the change, you can immediately continue working in NOA and the invoice will follow (after 14 days).

How can I downgrade my license model?

  • A license can be reduced at two points in time:
    • Anytime within the first 14 days after the first upgrade
    • After expiry of the license agreement period of one year
  • We will inform you 30 days before the license period expires. You then have the option to extend, expand, and reduce the license; or you can let it expire or cancel it.

How can I terminate my license model or individual components thereof? (e.g. termination of hollupedia or termination of general use)

  • The license can be terminated after the end of the license agreement period.
  • We will inform you 30 days before the license period expires. You then have the option to extend, expand, and reduce the license; or you can let it expire or cancel it.

 

Questions regarding costs and charges

How much does NOA cost?

  • You have the possibility to calculate the annual license fees using the NOA requirements configurator. This calculation serves as an initial cost estimation guide.
  • Simply request a non-binding offer based on your data and we will be happy to advise you on the next steps up to the implementation of NOA in your company.

How is the payment of the licence fees made?

  • The license fee from NOA is charged once a year and will be – until we offer other payment options – invoiced to you within the first few months.

  • If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please feel free to contact us via noa@noa.online.

Are there any costs associated with setting up NOA to meet my individual needs?

  • NOA is very intuitive and can usually be operated quite quickly. You can configure and set up the software according to your needs.
